Domenick and Vincent Ferrera didn’t ease in to real estate investing. The brothers’ first investment was a six-unit apartment building in Elmsford, New York, requiring a costly repair the buyer didn’t disclose.
Now Domenick uses his experience as a landlord to help develop property management tools at Story by J.P. Morgan. The goal: help property owners streamline their operations so they can spend more time on what counts. For Domenick, that’s spending time with family.
“I am who I am today because of [my family] and the decisions they made,” he says.
